When half of the products finished, Our QC found some of the plastic part got problem. They are not As strong as customer’s request. We call customer to tell the situation right away and then ordered new plastic part to replace The old ones. Finally we caught the delivery time and got good feedback from customer.

Customer almost give up at that time. We asked Cutomer give us one more chance. We just want one more try. After 3 days, A new belt came out. From then we worked together with customer to make The HALO belt become a famous brand.
